What I do
I run a handful of content-driven websites end to end. Product, writing, search, and the tooling that keeps them going. One person, the whole stack.
Most of the leverage comes from programmatic SEO and my own AI-agent tooling, which lets one person do the work of a small team without pretending to be one.
How I work
I would rather write than meet, ship something small than plan something big, and own a system than outsource it. I keep a written second brain so decisions survive across projects and tools.
I like calibrated realism over hype. If something probably will not work, I would rather know early.
